It exists because people finishing cancer treatment in the UK face a gap — between the end of treatment and the beginning of whatever comes next — that the system doesn't fill properly and that nobody talks about honestly. This app tries to be the conversation that should happen at the end of the last appointment and almost never does. It is built and maintained by Mike Kinnaird, founder of the CancerCanDoOne podcast and newsletter. It costs nothing. Share it with anyone who needs it.
